What is Paid and Free Sites?
Paid Sites are those when you registered, you will be charged with a small fee.
Free Sites are those when you registered, you will NOT be charged with ANY fee.
Why did the Free Sites want my credit card? Are you sure it will not be charge?
The reason is because they need to verify that you are of the legal age.
Yes, you will not be charge as most of the Administrator/Moderator will test out before posting it. Therefore, posts by the Administrator or Moderator will be guaranteed that it is FREE!
